- 1 bulb Garlic roasted (instruction below)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 small Onion minced
- 1 kg Ground Beef
- 4 tsp Chili Powder
- 3 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 1/2 cups Water
preheat oven to 400℉cut the head off of the Garlic Bulbplace facing down in aluminum foiladd 1 tbsp of olive oil and wrapplace on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutesremove from oven and let cool sauté onions for 30 minutes on medium heat with remaining 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
brown ground beef on high heat, lower to medium heat when cooked through.
mix spices and seasoning together
remove 1 or more garlic cloves from bulb and add to ground beefadd sauteed onions to ground beefadd spices and seasoning to ground beefadd water to ground beefmix ingredients well and allow water to cook offspoon into a tortilla shell, add your favourite toppings and enjoy
