Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bulb Garlic roasted (instruction below)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion minced
  • 1 kg Ground Beef
  • 4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups Water

Method
 

  1. preheat oven to 400℉
    cut the head off of the Garlic Bulb
    place facing down in aluminum foil
    add 1 tbsp of olive oil and wrap
    place on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes
    remove from oven and let cool
  2. sauté onions for 30 minutes on medium heat with remaining 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  3. brown ground beef on high heat, lower to medium heat when cooked through.
  4. mix spices and seasoning together
  5. remove 1 or more garlic cloves from bulb and add to ground beef
    add sauteed onions to ground beef
    add spices and seasoning to ground beef
    add water to ground beef
    mix ingredients well and allow water to cook off
    spoon into a tortilla shell, add your favourite toppings and enjoy
